Klingner & Associates, P.C. is a multi-discipline engineering/architectural consulting firm established in 1915, currently employing over 100 people throughout seven (7) offices in Missouri, Illinois and Iowa. Our talented and experienced staff provides civil, mechanical-electrical-plumbing, transportation, water / wastewater, water resources, geotechnical, environmental and structural engineering, planning, land surveying, architecture, landscape architecture and interior design. The staff includes licensed professional engineers, geologists, structural engineers, architects, landscape architects, interior designers, engineering technicians, construction inspectors, professional land surveyors, asbestos inspectors, and administrative support staff. Types of clients include individuals, industrial and commercial businesses, municipalities and government agencies.
